All I know is “Fliiping” properties … cash flows and real estate options. What is it? Best answer:

There is a vast multitude of strategies to invest in real estate. To name a few more for you, it’s big, rehabbing (just a little more of a fix n flip), short sales, multi-family, tax liens, lease options. There is a little more there, but the best is up to you.
