any state, if you’re really good and the experience matière.Aucun state is that you are a beginner. Not the right time for ecologists in real estate.

I understand the Carolina’s are really hot right now as far as real estate.
Well I live in Canada now, but my State Tennessee I think is the best place in the world.. It’s a good place to live, but maybe not the best to invest. To invest I’d say Texas because of the oil boom.

Actually, now is the perfect time to begin investing in real estate. Contrary to what weekend investors tell you, 90% of all fortuns are made in down markets. Now would be the time to buy.
In regards to places:
Nationally, the market is down, the only place in America with appreciation of any level is Odessa and Midland Tx.
There are a lot of deals out there for you to get in on. Many builders are giving very generous incentive programs including cash, and leasebacks (where the builder will lease the property back from you). Others are offering their properties at 70% market value, which means you can pick it up, hold on to it unitl the market turns back around, and sell and make a profit.
I would suggest you start out with a relatively inexpensive house to invest in. Learn the ropes a little and gain some confidence.
