I want to invest in real estate. But in Manhattan, where I live, is all the property to multi-multi-million dollar buildings. I thought to extend my research to 50 miles, but I do not drive. Affordable real estate in Newark say all seem in the “ghetto” to be … I know that there is money to be made in this demographic group, but I want nice properties / venues that would buy more of a middle class community complaint. Any ideas on how to begin. I am totally unaffordable to Manhattan, if you can think of another way. Thank you! Best Answer:

With Google Street View, the area or take a virtual tour to discover through the neighborhood, if you do not want to convince yourself go. And remember, Manhattan is one of the 5 Boroughs, Queens and Brooklyn in search of investment opportunities. Consider a broker at the screen for you and find private properties listed.

Figure out how much you can spend, then find neighborhoods/locations where you can buy in your price range. if you go to realtor.com or zillow.com and search by zip code or name of the town or neighborhood you can get an idea of the price range for each section.
