I’m networking, display, etc. ad infinitum been. What is it and what is the best place to share my great real estate deals before Property Investors, with their coordinates in the list? There are investors who invest the land here in the U.S. or local level in North Carolina. I have been very successful in generating targeted leads using an 800 number on my real estate signs.
The system I use “captures” the callers ID (even unlisted and blocked numbers) so that I can contact them direct.
What I specifically like about using this call capture 800 number is that Investors call ME and I am not spinning my wheels spending money on advertising, writing endless ads (although, the ads I do write I always include this call capture 800 number).
Investors drive by the property, like what they see, and then we can dialog effectively about it. It really works for me!

I am a Wholesaler and Loan Officer. I have a pretty solid buyers list and this was created by networking with Investors at Real Estate Investment Club meetings. There is a chapter in just about every major city. I also received a large number of responses through my ads. The wording in your ads are very important. If one ad doesn’t work for you keep experimenting until you develop that winning ad. Good luck to you!
