According to the teacher in a Real Estate class that I had, seven out of ten self-made millionaires are Realtors. However, just because you have a real estate license (if you get one) does NOT mean that you can sell real estate. Find something that you are passionate about, and go with that. There is more than one definition of the word “wealthy”.

I felt the same way once. I decided to invest in real estate a couple years ago. I found my first real estate investment off of foreclosure.com. I bought a foreclosed home, did a little fixing, and sold it for a profit. I am now on my third home that I am flipping for profit and am very happy.
