It seems that trade is a good thing, but are not most people who end up doing big business accounting? What would be a good option if I want to invest my own money Best Answer:

Major in business or even finance. Get an MBA. I don’t think you are in the US, but here in the states real estate is separate from university. You just take some classes and get a real estate license. But it never hurts to have a business background.
Finance, math, law basics…but business is mainly about social nets, negotiation skills and the feeling for doing right decisions in the right time. so don’t focus so much on the subject of your university, but developing your personal skills

Finance, law, economy are good choices. You DON’T need MBA to do real estate; sometimes it’s overkill because you will learn too much stuff irrelevant to real estate. Besides all these, make sure you have the basic math skills. In addition, get familiar with some of the internet listing portal such as Trulia, Movoto, and Zillow because most people start their search there.
