BDD question : Can you be a millionaire by investing in real estate ?
Well, I know you can, but how difficult it is. I’m 14 and I heard that each depreciating asset I have, I appreciate containing two assets. How do I do if I am a child? Do I’ll just by the first stocks I comment as a compliment =] take, but I assure you I am 14 and its 15th anniversary on 27 March =] Best Answer:

YOU ARE NOT 14 years, 14 years, as you should not, be in school to write time.
What do you think? Answer below!
Well you’re 14 I wouldn’t worry about it to much… If you have a few bucks I’d start investing in some stocks though, especially with the market where it is, invest in large companies that have been around for a LONG time. Your return won’t be as huge, but it will be fairly safe.
Real estate is a good asset to have, it’s physical unlike stocks, and it’s not as risky. Becoming a millionaire? I’d be surprised, you can be a millionaire in the sense of having a few properties whose assets equal millions, but to make cash millions? It would take quite a bit…
A lot of people have. I know more than just a few. Nothing worth while is easy. You have to work at it. Currently not too many folks have too many appreciating assets, but the government is going to attempt to fix that by inflating the hell out of the dollar.
Sure, but not this year for sure.
Yes you can and don’t let anyone tell you any different!
I have been a real estate investor for over 10 years and I have made lots and lots of money in this business.
At the age of 14 you can invest in stocks or depending on how much money you have saved you could possibly put it out for “Hard Money” & “Bridge Loan” lending. For example I borrow amounts 25k to 50k all the time @ 15% interest and a few points and this is very lucrative.
If you only have a few thousand dollars then stocks is the best way to continue on.
I admire you as a youth, you are already business conscious and I am very impressed.
You live in the greatest country in the world, and the most prosperous country in the world. The same rules that applied in the 60s apply to today.
Work hard, keep your eye on the ball and you will make it. Had I been thinking like you when I was your age I would be retired by now.
