question Toni : Is it enough to invest in real estate 0000 ?
I will be recieveing a $ 115K settlement of the dispute and I was wondering if $ 100K would be enough to be an investor in real estate. Or do I need to start more than that? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated … Thanks Best Answer:

I’ve heard of people buying run down houses that were foreclosed on for 50,000 in california. Maybe trying buying property and renting it out if you think you could handle that. But first talk to people in the real estate field or people who have done that and maybe after researching it for some time your dream can be a reality.
Real estate investments job is to invest in buying building house and sell them. You need to have lot of investment based on the real estate agency you are going to have the deal with.
