Question Brooklyn : investing in commercial real estate ?
I have set aside a few hundred thousand dollars and I want to invest in commercial real estate financing. The fact is I have no idea how to even begin to do. I do not know what area to look, I do not know whether my few hundred thousand dollars me. If any body can give me an idea, I would really appreciate it Thanks Best Answer.

First off, no that is not enough to get started in commerial real estate. However, that amount of equity could get you a large enough line of credit to get started.
Either way, I advise you stay away from commercial property for the next few years. It is just not moving, many commerical real estate investors are going bankrupt, b/c they have all this property they are holding on to.
