I know that universities do not offer courses in this kind of thing and I tried to read all the books on the library. But I do not feel like enough to one day. Does anyone have tips on how to get started? Do I need a license Real State, so I make my own broker agreement? Should I courses in corporate finance /? Does anyone know of a school which teaches investing in real estate Best Answer:

a real estate license does not allow u to have a broker, you comprehensive training for the issuance of the license and 3 years minimum in most states of experience, and another Test read Homebuying for Dummies, read everything you can get your hands on the issue of financing and credit, mortgages and learn how to read a mortgage document and other titles, learn everything you can about the reviews, and if you want to collect a course and experience to your local real estate sales more known MLS, and The College offers courses at the assessment, you find a good contractor that you trust, or be willing to do the heavy work himself, it is a difficult area, and the “university of hard knocks” is not the best way to go if you have an unlimited amount of cash. lol gl

you don’t need any licenses to be an investor – in fact, being licensed may mean that you may not be allowed to buy and sell your own properties, and if you do, you may have to pay someone a percentage of your profit! the key word here is “investor”. investing is not a profession, it’s something people who already have money do to get more money.

First, I’ll tell you that it’s a lot easier to invest in real estate (and get approved for mortgages) if you have a steady job with a regular paycheck. (A real estate agent doesn’t have that. I don’t think you need your RE agent license to be an investor. In fact, sometimes it can get in the way.) In terms of learning, you are on the right track by reading all the books you can. I’d add in reading informative real estate investment forums daily to learn more from seasoned investors and the issues everyone faces. Learning how to run your own business would be helpful, so you can take those types of classes if you don’t have any knowledge or experience yet in business.

Also take seminars and webinars. Most nights there is at least one free webinar or conference call going on covering some type of real estate investment topic. I found a lot of those very helpful. Just realize that the free calls or webinars are going to include someone trying to sell you something. There is also useful information mixed in with the sales pitch. Don’t get talked into spending thousands of dollars. Do some investing, make some money, and then you can take some “graduate” level courses with the boot camps and more costly seminars!

Another key to your success will be joining your local Real Estate Investment Association. Become a member (it’s usually not too expensive), go to the meetings, participate as much as possible, and network with other investors in your area. Get a local mentor that you click with, if you can afford it. Offer to assist a seasoned investor for free for a period of time so you can learn about how they do things.

Get your education, but move forward in the meantime!

    Good luck!
