I like 6 Grand transform. So I need to refurbish another loan? sounds like you’re buying a house that needs repair or construction of a house. ask your uncle, he is more knowledgeable than those you know and trust. find a new home inspector is ok, but you have to be honest with people, or they will not buy from you. Buyers can always renter own inspectors to check things. Lucky
