My wife grew up in the …. Philippines, in my opinion, if you did go regularly and are not familiar with the Philippines real estate law (which is in contrast to the U.S. judicial proceedings probably more stable form and changed), it would be a game high risk and you should investment plan, if the returns promised very high (over 30% per year on capital employed) are.
