have a graceful exit from my rent, and made a package while working in the past 20 years. It’s hard work, and you have to do much of himself, or the profits flowing. Never a property manager, but me and wife. Full-time worker all around. Hired the big things well done .. repairs such as roofs and furnaces and unity.

Investing in real estate is a get-rich-slow proposition. You will out perform most other investments if you are prudent with your choices. But it does take time and effort. Forget the infomercials, it is a slower and harder process. But well worth it. Some good books to read on the subject are ‘Building Wealth One House At A Time’ by John Schaub and ‘Real Estate Investing From A to Z’ by William Pivar. Good luck!
