Question ad : H1B visa holder can do real estate funds ?
Can anyone invest with an H1B visa legally in real estate without the position of the visa, if they employed legally in their employer sponsored visa? Is there a law or a rule that says I do not invest, or are only restrictions and limitations that I in (ie can invest – invest passively vs. investment in a company) If anyone been in this situation, please let me know Best answer: ..

there is no law preventing the sale of real property, as long as your has allowed more than 18 years of your purchase, sale, as you see fit. p ….
