do not think that you invest in something if you invest nothing. Apparently you have no money, and you have no credit, this is not the credibility that you will repay what you borrow. It’s a bit old fashioned, but maybe you should consider saving money and paying your bills, provide a good crédit.Désolé, I am sure that this is not wanted to hear what you are.

Hey, Michael! I think real estate wholesaling is what you’re after. Although wholesaling, technically, is not investing, wholesalers, generally speaking, are considered real estate investors. And, yes, it is possible to buy and sell a house with no money, very difficult, but possible. If you have a little money, it’s a whole lot easier. By little I mean, $ 500-$ 1000 for an earnest deposit. Credit never enters the equation.
