I’m trying to decide whether I homes with other people or if I want to invest it do it alone. I think if I invest with other people, I will be able to invest in several properties and given the risk Best Answer.

As one who has worked for a real estate investment company with partners, I say go it alone, otherwise if you personally are not managing the property, you may be asked to contribute more money if the company is having financial problems.
It’s not a good time to start investing in real estate. The market’s changed and most deals are “who you know” deals. You may be better off putting your money somewhere else. But if you are set on investing in real estate you may want to look into an established REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust).
