Easiest way to start is on foreclosures….That could set you up with about a 1000% profit.
There are many aspects to this and many courses out there. the basics is you find someone who already owns there home in full and is willing to sell to you with no money down. Not easy but often it is children who have inherited their parents homes and don’t plan to live in them. They become the bank for you. There are many other methods like foreclosure and tax liens and would take a long time to explain. Hope that helps.
